yoga back to back

I went to yoga at a different 24Hr fitness location. The class was yoga tech, so it was at a faster pace. The instructor was okay. I prefer the Berkeley location. I went to yoga this morning. It was hard getting up, but I'm glad I went. My body always feels great after yoga.
